The Spine - They Might Be Giants

Four and a half out of five delicious cups of coffee.

coverHaving had the pleasure of seeing them live July 30th in (where else?) Brooklyn, I have even more enthusiasm for the latest TMBG CD. I had gotten "The Spine" about 2 days before (along with the EP "The Spine Surfs Alone", which is only available from theymightbegiants.com) and had time for only cursory listening. Well, the cement set at the show. Some instant classics (for me):

  • Experimental Film
  • Museum of Idiots
  • I Can't Hide From My Mind

The Giants have also launched a website where you can purchase mp3s directly from them

BTW, Corn Mo played with them and he kicked major booty. I can't wait to see, and of course review here, his forthcoming DVD.
